Google Camera Port is now available for Redmi Note 5. Though the camera that comes preloaded with Redmi Note 5 is decent enough, Google Camera for Redmi Note 5 offers better picture quality.
The Redmi Note 5 sports in a 5.99-inch FHD IPS LCD display. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC clocked at 1.8 GHz and comes with 3/4 GB of RAM with 32/64 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via a micro SD card. It runs on MIUI 9 based on Android 7.1.2 out of the box which can be updated to Android Oreo. It is juiced by a 4000 mAh. In the camera department, the Redmi Note 5 packs in a 12 MP sensor that is combined with a f/2.2 lens. On the front, there is a 5 MP sensor.
Though the phones pack in some decent camera hardware, the software processing is not up to the mark to rival with the best in the game of mobile photography.
